Welcome, my name is Ralph Burditt, Founder of cbfour consulting and Chief Consultant. I’ve spent almost 20 years working for two of the biggest and most well-known tech companies in Cambridge. Over that time, I’ve worked in various roles – my journey started as an engineer working on a lab bench and morphed through tech authority and team manager, before becoming a group leader with an international team. On this journey, I’ve worked with customers and colleagues in many countries especially India, Israel and the USA and have dealt with all manner of business situations.

Alongside my work, I’ve also completed my Masters in Strategic Leadership at Loughborough University, re-enforcing my industrial experience with the academic perspective.
